Wine Maker Report: This is a classic Bordeaux
style wine, with aromas of wild mountain blackberries and the perfect thread of Cabernet Franc’s acidity and zest. Well-balanced with sweet tannins and complex layers.

BORDEAUX BLENDS:
Bordeaux is an area in southwestern France that produces some of the best wines in the world. This region encompasses about 280,000 acres in
vineyards and produces between 700 and 900 million bottles of wine annually.
The red wines grown in Bordeaux include the following grape
varietals; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petite Verdot. T In California, Oregon and Washington, many wineries produce Bordeaux varietals and
Bordeaux blends with those wines approved by the Bordeaux region.
Pair these classy wines with prime rib, good steaks, roasted
vegetables, savory pasta dishes and hearty cheeses, or try your own pairing ideas. If you enjoy a particularly good pairing, let me know, and I will try it too. Remember,
wine tasting should be fun, and is best when shared. Cheers
